How this 30-day plan works

Each week focuses on a theme and skill set. Daily tasks are small and repeatable: learn a short list of words, do one grammar point, 10–15 minutes of listening and 5 minutes of speaking aloud. Check the daily table for specifics and use the progress tracker to mark days done.

Guiding principles

  • Consistency > intensity. 30 minutes every day beats 5 hours on one weekend.
  • Active output: write short sentences and speak aloud — production speeds learning.
  • Mix skills: reading, listening, speaking, and writing each day, even briefly.
